Cancellation policy.

Written requests for registration cancellation will be provided until May 6th, with a $75 cancellation processing fee. After May 6th, registration is non-refundable, but registrations may be transferred to another attendee.  If transfer is to an attendee outside of the original farm registration, a $75 processing fee will be assessed.  Please contact info@nafdma.com for these requests.  

Individuals must agree that information provided by Gritt's Farm during this event is not to be shared with entities or individuals who did not participate in the event..  Information from the host farm is proprietary, and should not be shared without prior consent of the farm itself and NAFDMA.  

Please note that there is also a 75 mile radius limitation for farms wishing to attend the ALR.  If the potential registrant has farm ownership within a 75 mile radius of the host farm, they will not be allowed to participate.
